I called late on a Friday, with an issue with my well pump, I wasn’t looking forward to paying to get someone out here after hours or on a weekend, but really didn’t want to go without water for the weekend. The person who answered, said he would be more than willing to send someone out to help but asked me if I felt okay trying to trouble shoot it with him walking me through it over the phone. I said absolutely, and he stayed on the phone with me for 30 minutes walking me through the likely issues, and he was able to help me get my pump running! He even told me if I have anymore issues to call back and he would work with me again and meet me with parts if I need it! Not only did he help me learn about my well system he helped me get my pump running!
